Changes cannot be made to orders once payment has been received and completed. It is then subject to our returns policy.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will enable you to track your parcel. If you have not received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday - Friday), please email info@goddessnoosa.com with your name and order number.

You should receive an order confirmation via email within 24hrs of placing your order. If you have not received your confirmation in your inbox please check your junk folder. If you do not receive your order confirmation please email info@goddessnoosa.com and we will assist you.

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. As a general rule orders placed before 2pm will be shipped within the day (weekdays only) however during busy periods there may be slight delays on dispatch times. Once you receive your shipping confirmation delivery time is dependant on Australian Post. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express Shipping delivery time of 2-3 working days.
